Who we are

This site is operated by the Paper of Love studio, registered Israeli exempt dealer (osek patur) no. 211395629 (the "Studio"), which provides custom digital event invitation design services. Contact details appear at the bottom of this page.

The service

The Studio designs custom digital invitations, delivered as digital files. The service is sold in tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP) with optional add-ons, as detailed on the home page. It does not include printing, guest-list management, or an RSVP system — design coordination happens personally over WhatsApp or email after purchase.

Ordering and payment

• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, by credit card or the payment methods offered at checkout
• Prices shown on the site include all price components required by law; the final price and the binding currency are shown at checkout before you confirm the transaction
• An order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide
• Launch offers and discounts are limited in time or quantity, as stated on the site, and may change at any time

Delivery

A first design draft is usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days from when we receive all required details from you, depending on the tier and design complexity. The number of revision rounds depends on the purchased tier.

Cancellations and refunds

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a consumer may cancel a distance-selling transaction within 14 days of the transaction date or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.

However, under Section 14C(d) of that law, the cancellation right does not apply to goods produced specifically for the consumer. Accordingly: a cancellation received before personalized design work has started entitles you to a full refund; once custom design work has begun, the transaction can no longer be cancelled, unless otherwise agreed with the Studio.

A person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel within four months, subject to the conditions of Section 14C1 of the law.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the site, the designs, and the content — including the invitation files — belong to the Studio, except content you provide (names, dates, photos). Upon full payment you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the final files for your event. The designs may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without the Studio's written consent.

Liability

The Studio will act professionally and diligently to deliver a quality service. You are responsible for verifying the details in your invitation (names, dates, addresses) before approving the final file. The Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and in any event its liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the service.

Mailing list

Joining our mailing list (for example, to receive a discount code) happens only with explicit consent, per Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasts), 1982. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any message or by contacting us.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
